Gf says shes heard ads for a dealership here saying they'll pay off your current loan, 2000 over trade in value, and monthly payment will be smaller then current loan. Which seems way too good to be true. Anyone know about this? Neither of us have purchased cars from dealerships so we dont know if that sort of thing is legitimate.

They have been advertising that here in Columbia as well. I have bought a few cars from dealers and with my experience they would probably do a 6-year and you would need near-pefect credit for all of those conditions to actually be met. This may not be the case, but it appears to be.

Always buy private... Sorry I don't have more to share on this.
