I've been searching far and wide for a turbo manifold for my ga gt but I can't find one. Any suggestions?

search ebay for a mild steel or SS exhaust manifold flange, and have one made. if you can weld, at least enough to tac. then install the flange on your block, take the piping where it needs to go, and take it somewhere and say "tig this" and they'll seal it all nice and pretty. and you'll have a turbo manifold.
if you can't find a flange, you can take an exhaust manifold gasket to a local machine shop, they'll be able to make you one, and should be able to supply you with the piping needed (schedule 40 is what i was going to use), but ask someone who knows their shit... and go from there

Build your own? That's what I'm planning to do...

well if i end up getting a set of vg33 heads, i'll go that route and build either TT manifolds and run t25s or t28s or just make a single turbo manifold to bring the turbo out of hiding a little.

I'd stay away from eBay welded aluminum manifolds. Cast is the way to go with eBay.
Check the appropriate forum for your car in the classifieds.

With cast they are highly likely to crack BTW... What type of engine is in the car? But I would honestly build my own as I'm pretty sure there is not a huge aftermarket following for that vehicle...

who makes aluminum exhaust manifolds? that sounds like an epic fail when it super heats and is needed to support a turbo... ?

^Typically aluminum exhaust piping would fail quickly. But yes, aluminum even extruded would suck ass for an exhaust manifold.

AH HA! That makes more sense... While you wouldn't necessarily have to use stainless, but it is one of the better materials out there...

I'm just going to get a 2.5" pacesetter exhaust. New upper intake (ported and polished) and a 65mm billet throttle body.
