Hey guys, broadcasting to you live from sunny Las Vegas right now, thought I'd type up a quick little trip report of how things are going.

Our flight left Florence, S.C. at about 5:45 in the morning, so I ended up staying up all night so as to get some sleep on the jet. Of course I forgot to leave my knife at home, so there's a little bit of a scene once I'm standing in the security line and realize that I have it on me. Wasn't a real big deal though, I gave it to one of the TSA's there and they stowed it away in my luggage for me. The flight itself was uneventful and I didn't get a wink of sleep though.

Once we arrived, we booked in at the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino. We were afraid the room wasn't going to be that great and that we'd get stuck on a shitty floor, but we ended up in a really nice room located on the 20th floor with a strip view.

As far as gambling goes, we really only played the slots yesterday, as she's not really comfortable at the tables, so of course I'm in the hole overall. I did manage to lose about $120 at the roulette table pretty quickly, goddamn black came up 12 numbers in a row, but I made about $80 back on the blackjack table, so I'm not too far behind. Margo got really upset when I had that first losing streak, so we've agreed that I'll only really gamble when she's in the room asleep, lol.

Today we're headed to the Fashion Show Mall, the Wynn, dinner at Fleur De Lys, then Cirque du Soleil's show KÀ. Should be a pretty eventful evening and I'll post up another quick report tomorrow.
